Ruth’s Chris Steak House

Floor Remodel

When Ruth's Chris Steak House in San Antonio experienced a significant leak that compromised their existing wood flooring, our team promptly stepped in to address the issue. We swiftly removed the damaged wood and installed durable tile flooring, a strategic choice designed to minimize the risk of future water damage. The result was a seamless and resilient flooring solution that not only restored the restaurant's aesthetic but also enhanced its long-term durability.

Outdoor Siding Update

An exterior wall of a house with newly installed, large white-framed windows. The siding is weathered, and the overhang above the windows is made of wood, showing signs of wear and age

The home's original asbestos siding was covered with cost-effective metal frames, which unfortunately made the interior hotter. To solve this, we replaced the old siding with modern vinyl and added insulation. This upgrade not only gives the home a sleek, updated look but also keeps it cooler and more energy-efficient year-round.

Patio Soffit Installation

The customer described their existing patio, completed by another contractor, as incomplete. We collaborated closely with them to select a design that would achieve the desired look for their outdoor living space. Our team then brought their vision to life by installing soffit and adding electrical outlets for their outdoor appliances and fans, completing the look they wanted.
